Neat lil soaping adventure :)

After being poured in the mold...

After unmolding,  I drizzled unscented/ colored soap on top...

After curing for a few days...

The main part of the cake will continue to get darker as it cures (the scent has vanilla in it). It does smell just like cake! This would make a great party favor; just cut a piece off for each guest. It will provide 20-25 4-5 ounce bars.

It is Friday night and I have the urge to make a cake. A soap cake. I am envisioning a chocolate looking, yummy smelling bundt cake with a white drizzle over the top. Turning up the 80s channel, grabbing some goat milk, and getting started! Check back to see how this turns out. :)
